Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Race2Podium reserves the right to grant full or partial refunds at its discretion. If you received free shipping, your refund will be reduced by the cost of the original shipping.

To request a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging, in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, within 14 days of receipt. Returns after 14 days are not eligible for a refund. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

To exchange an item, return it in its original packaging, in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, within 5 days of receipt. If the exchanged item costs more than the original, the difference will be charged. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

When using the exchange form included with your order, make sure all payment information is complete and authorized with a signature.

Once your returned items are received, we will create a credit invoice within 5 working days, which can be used for a new order. Refunds can also be arranged upon request.
