Do you have a physical shop?
No — we are 100% online only. This allows us to stock a much wider range of BMX racing products and keep prices competitive.
What products do you sell?

Do you stock real BMX racing brands?
Yes. We focus only on genuine BMX racing equipment from established race manufacturers — no generic bike parts.
How do I know what size I need?
Sizing varies by rider height and discipline. If unsure, email us at info@race2podium.com with rider height and experience level and we’ll guide you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If the order has not shipped yet, we can usually modify it. Contact us immediately after ordering.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship across Europe to 27+ countries.
How fast is shipping?
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days (in-stock items)
- Tracking is provided after dispatch
- Delivery time depends on country
Why does shipping cost more for bikes?
Complete bikes and cruisers require oversized boxes and special handling by couriers.
Do you offer free shipping?
Some countries qualify for reduced or free shipping depending on order value.
My package is late — what now?
Courier delays occasionally happen. Contact us and we will help track the shipment.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be new
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- Original packaging required
Who pays return shipping?
The customer unless the mistake was ours.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — contact us within 5 days of delivery.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds or store credits are processed within 5 working days after inspection.

Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure encrypted payment providers. We never store card details.
What currencies do you accept?
All payments are processed in Euros (€).

6. Pricing, Product & Orders
Coupon Codes:
Unless stated otherwise, all Coupon Codes found online, in print, over the phone or through any other method now known or to be developed in the future shall exclude items already marked down, on clearance, discounted or otherwise reduced in price from the original marked price. Additionally, coupon codes cannot be used when purchasing Gift Cards. Some manufacturers do not allow us to regularly discount their products — but the few times each year that they do, we share it through newsletters and social media.
Free Shipping Promotions:
Only apply to the continental United States and may exclude oversized items.
Price Changes:
All prices are subject to change at any time. Mistakes occasionally happen; if a price is listed incorrectly, we will correct it. We do not honor prices that would cause us to lose money or violate MAP agreements. In such cases, we will send an invoice for the balance or allow you to cancel the order for a full refund.
Price Matching:
Race2Podium only price matches for European retailers with the same item in stock and ready to ship. Contact us with make, model, color, size, and the website of the lower price for consideration.
Product Availability:
We track inventory in real-time. "Out of Stock" means no current stock; availability updates automatically when new inventory arrives. Supply may be delayed due to high demand, supplier shortages, or other factors.
Complete Bicycle Package:
All complete bicycles arrive about 85% assembled. You must install front wheel, handlebars, pedals, seat, and seatpost. Check brakes, wheels, and fasteners. Manufacturers recommend final assembly by a local bike shop.
Order Add-On:
We cannot add items to existing orders. New items must be ordered separately. Orders can be combined only if they have not yet been processed. Contact us if you wish to combine before shipment.
