2.1 Where do you ship to?
We ship across Europe and overseas territories. Orders are delivered to the address you provide. Shipping rates apply for overseas territories.
2.2 How are shipments delivered?
Shipments are handled by GLS or other carriers like TNT Express for express options. Deliveries require a signed receipt. If unavailable, GLS will leave instructions for alternative delivery. Inspect your parcel upon delivery and report any damage immediately.

2.4 How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery online.
2.5 What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is not found after a 21-day GLS investigation, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
2.6 Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for defective, incomplete, or non-compliant products.
Return steps: 1. Contact info@race2podium.com to request a return number. 2. Include your contact details, product reference, and reason for complaint. 3. Return products within 14 business days in original condition with all components. Return shipping costs covered up to the GLS rate. Refunds issued as a voucher valid for 2 months.
2.7 What if a product is unavailable?
If a product is unavailable, we will notify you. Where possible, we may offer an equivalent item. All products will be delivered within 30 days of order and payment. If delivery is not possible, a refund will be issued within 30 days.
